TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER & PAYMENT
Orders can either be placed online through the Surfacephilia shop or can be taken personally for larger requests by emailing: info@surfacephilia.co.uk
Estimated delivery times and postage costs are given in the product description of each product.
Online orders are directed to PayPal at ‘Checkout’ to make your secure online payment. At this point your postage will be added to the total amount. You can make payment through your own PayPal account, or with any debit/credit cards. Cheques are not accepted and BACS is only accepted with stockists.
2. DELIVERY
Items are not sent out until payment has been received.
CHINA ITEMS: Delivery is not made until payment has cleared. Delivery on small orders (generally 4 - 6 items and under) is made through Royal Mail and will be sent out within two days of receiving your payment. For larger orders on china a variety of courier services are used including TNT, MyHermes, and City Link, and your delivery will have to be signed for. If you have made what we consider to be a larger order, we will get in touch once your payment has been made, to arrange a convenient delivery date.
CUSHIONS: Delivery is not made until payment has cleared. Delivery on small orders (generally 4 - 6 cushions and under) is made through Royal Mail. Cushions are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. For larger orders a variety of courier services are used including TNT, MyHermes, and City Link, and your delivery will have to be signed for. If you have made what we consider to be a larger order, we will get in touch once your payment has been made, to arrange a convenient delivery date.
ART PRINTS & CARDS: Delivery is not made until payment has cleared. Delivery on small orders is made through Royal Mail and will be sent out within two to three days of receiving your payment. Art prints are made to order and so may take the full amount of estimated time.
WALLPAPERS: Delivery is not made until payment has cleared. All wallpaper is made to order and can take up to three weeks for delivery. A flat fee of £5 covers delivery anywhere in the UK on orders between 1-10 rolls. Orders on 10 rolls and over is free within the UK, if you are ordering over 10 rolls please email: info@surfacephilia.co.uk to place your discounted order. On orders larger than 20 rolls will we get in touch with a more accurate delivery time and to arrange a convenient delivery date. All UK deliveries are sent via UPS. For shipping outside of the UK (European and International) please email for an accurate shipping quote.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Great effort is made to describe each of the products along with its product care information so you know exactly what you are buying. As most of the products are made to order, refunds are not possible unless the product is faulty. In the case of a product becoming faulty, please get in touch and you will be asked to return the faulty goods, before receiving a full refund, which will also include costs of return postage.
